- Strong hands-on experience in Workday production support and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently investigate integration failures and perform RCA.
- Good understanding of data flows, mappings, transformations, and reconciliation.
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM/Incident Management processes.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
