Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workato Consultant / Integration Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Workato, enterprise integration, automation, and business process optimization.

The ideal candidate should also have exposure to Infrastructure, Databases, Kubernetes, and AI/GenAI technologies, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, customers, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of customer business processes, enterprise applications, and existing Workato implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration, automation, and process optimization.
- Design, develop, and demonstrate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using Workato.
- Gather and document business requirements, including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with customers, business users, and cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, orchestration, integration, and feature enhancements using Workato.
- Work closely with Workato developers, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using integration and automation solutions.
- Support functional validation, UAT,



defect triage, and customer demonstrations.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams.
- Evaluate customer feedback and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
- Support pre-sales activities, customer workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal development for Workato engagements.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT / Integration / Automation / Enterprise Applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workato.
- Good understanding of enterprise application integration and workflow automation.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and gathering/documenting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of BRD, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
- Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Exposure to Infrastructure / Cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of Databases / SQL.
- Exposure to Kubernetes / K8s / containerized environments.
- Exposure to AI / GenAI / AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, orchestration, and automation concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience in pre-sales / solution consulting.
- Experience preparing solution proposals and effort estimations.
- Experience working with Workato POCs and customer demonstrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and up-to-date infrastructure technologies.
- Experience working in customer-facing consulting environments.
