Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Nashik. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites that support search visibility, content performance, and lead-generation goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing themes and templates, configuring plugins, optimizing site speed and performance, and ensuring responsive, user-friendly design. The role involves collaborating with SEO, content, and design teams to implement site structures, landing pages, and technical enhancements that improve clarity, reduce friction, and support conversions. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, manage updates, maintain security best practices,



and contribute to continuous improvements in overall website experience.

Qualifications

- Solid WordPress development skills, including custom theme and child theme creation, template customization, and plugin configuration.
- Solid front-end skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with responsive and cross-browser compatible web design.
- Experience with PHP and WordPress core concepts such as hooks, custom post types, taxonomies, and shortcodes.
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, site structure, schema markup basics, and performance optimization (caching, minification, image optimization).
- Ability to integrate and configure marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, search console, lead forms, CRM or email integrations).
- Knowledge of website security best practices, regular backups, and update management within WordPress environments.
- Experience working with design teams and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) to translate layouts into functional pages.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing, agency, or performance-focused web environment is an advantage.
