Role Description The WordPress Developer Intern will work full time in office at TSH.MEDIA Mumbai office. In this role, the intern will assist in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, including installing themes and plugins, configuring settings, and troubleshooting technical issues. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and content teams to implement layouts, ensuring responsive web design across devices, and optimizing site performance and usability.
The intern will also help with basic website testing, updates,
and documentation while learning best practices in web development within a digital marketing environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic Web Development with exposure to WordPress and general Back-End Web Development concepts
- Foundational skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Understanding of Web Design principles and Responsive Web Design for mobile-friendly layouts
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn how websites support marketing campaigns
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Mumbai
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with version control tools (such as Git) and basic SEO concepts is a plus
