Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate WordPress Developer with 2–5 years of experience to develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills, experience with WordPress themes and plugins, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.

Build and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce solutions.

Convert Figma/Adobe XD/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.

Develop Custom Post Types (CPT), ACF, Taxonomies, and REST API integrations.

Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, caching, and security.

Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and CRM platforms.

Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and website maintenance.

Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

2–5 years of WordPress development experience.





Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF, Custom Post Types, and WooCommerce.

Familiarity with WordPress Hooks, REST APIs, responsive design, and website optimization.

Working knowledge of Git/GitHub and local development environments.

Experience using AI coding assistants for development and debugging.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

React.js, Next.js, Laravel, or Node.js.

WP-CLI, Composer, npm.

Cloud hosting platforms (Cloudways, cPanel, Plesk).

Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel.

CI/CD concepts and Core Web Vitals optimization.
