- WMS Platform Assessment Consultant / Senior Consultant
- Seeking experienced WMS Consultants with expertise in Manhattan Associates and/or Blue Yonder WMS to lead warehouse platform assessments, transformation strategy initiatives, and modernization programs.
- The role involves evaluating warehouse operations, WMS capabilities, integration architecture, automation maturity, and developing future-state roadmaps aligned with business growth and operational excellence objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

- Assess warehouse operations across inbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and labor management.
- Evaluate current-state WMS environments, including configurations, customizations, workflows, performance, scalability, and platform utilization.
- Conduct fit-gap assessments and identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and platform rationalization.
- Review integrations across ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/WES, LMS, automation systems, analytics, and enterprise applications.
- Assess data quality, reporting, governance, and enterprise architecture alignment.
- Evaluate warehouse automation technologies,



including robotics, ASRS, RFID, IoT, and smart warehouse solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements, pain points, and transformation priorities.
- Develop future-state recommendations, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and implementation approaches.
- Support business cases, ROM estimates, budgetary planning, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in WMS consulting, warehouse transformation, supply chain technology, or platform assessment engagements.
- Hands-on expertise with Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan WMOS, Blue Yonder WMS, or similar leading WMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Proven experience in current-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, technology strategy, and solution advisory.
- Experience evaluating warehouse technology ecosystems, integrations, and architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale WMS modernization, migration, or supply chain transformation programs.
- Knowledge of omnichannel fulfillment, multi-site distribution, and high-volume warehouse environments.
- Experience integrating WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/WES, LMS, MHE, automation, cloud, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, RFID, IoT, and digital supply chain initiatives.
- Industry experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, Wholesale Distribution, or 3PL.
