Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Workday implementation projects.

- Develop custom reports using Workday Studio Integration tools to analyze HR data and provide insights for business decision-making.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday Core HCM module, including employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workday HCM solutions.

- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM module (Employee Central) including employee data management, advantages administration, and payroll processing.

- Proficiency in developing custom reports using Workday Studio Integration tools.

- Experience working with EIB (Extensible Interface Builder) for integrating external systems with Workday.
