About The Job:

- Qualcomm India is seeking a Windows/VMware Engineer with 2 to 5+ years of experience in managing Windows/VMware environment.

• Hands on experience in Server hardware management, including troubleshooting, log analysis, coordinating with vendors for replacement of failed modules, and performing post replacement validation.

- This person will be a member of a global 24/7/365 IT infrastructure operations team focused on enterprise Server Infrastructure team (Windows/VMware Workplace). This role specifically is focused primarily on administrating and providing support for Windows &

• Virtualization Environment.

- After-hours escalations relating to critical business activities
- Knowledge transfer among multiple team members and sharing of service responsibilities
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, MCSE-Server, etc.) will be a strong plus
