Intune Modern Management Engineer - L2:

- Responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, administration, and management of Microsoft Intune and SCCM/SMS environments.
- Supports endpoint management, device lifecycle management, security compliance, and enterprise mobility solutions.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations, service continuity, and an enhanced end-user experience.

Essential Job Functions:

- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Intune and SCCM/SMS platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for complex incidents.
- Ensure minimal disruption to services through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain seamless operations while upholding enterprise security standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct knowledge base updates and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across endpoint management services.
- Mentor and train junior analysts and support team members.
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Ensure all technical solutions meet compliance, governance, and security mandates.
- Enhance customer experience and CSAT by improving first-call resolution rates.
- Minimize rejected resolutions, repeat incidents, and reopened tickets.
- Proactively identify and mitigate endpoint security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Support enterprise device lifecycle management initiatives.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 to 8 years

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device management.

- Strong expertise in SCCM/SMS for client lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Directory Services (Active Directory/Azure AD).

- Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Experience managing Windows endpoint environments.

- Knowledge of device enrollment, application deployment, patch management, and compliance policies.




- Understanding of up-to-date workplace and endpoint security concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Contemporary Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.

Intune Modern Management Engineer - L3:

- Responsible for leading enterprise endpoint management operations using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/SMS, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Owns architecture, automation, compliance, security, and operational excellence across modern device management platforms.
- Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction for large-scale endpoint management environments.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead Intune and SCCM/SMS operations by architecting and optimizing device enrollment, compliance management, and application deployment processes.
- Drive secure and efficient client lifecycle management across enterprise environments.
- Design and implement advanced automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and related technologies.
- Improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and incident resolution processes through automation.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues across Intune, SCCM/SMS, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Ensure high service availability and operational stability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Oversee client onboarding and policy configuration within Microsoft Intune.
- Adapt device management strategies to meet evolving business, compliance, and security requirements.
- Lead implementation of endpoint security, compliance, and governance controls.
- Mentor and guide L1 and L2 support teams through knowledge sharing, best practices, and technical leadership.
- Establish standards and operational procedures for modern device management services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage analytics, operational metrics, and feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and organizational requirements across all device management operations.
- Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities.





Qualifications:

- Experience: 9 to 12 years.
- Excellent knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes and technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of SCCM/SMS for endpoint and application management.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).
- Experience with device enrollment, patch management, software distribution, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Strong operational process management and service delivery experience within large enterprise environments.
- Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience driving automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and modernization initiatives within endpoint management environments.
