About The Job:

- Responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) / MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environments in a large enterprise ecosystem.
- Provides advanced incident resolution, endpoint management support, compliance enforcement, and operational excellence across endpoint management services.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient systems management operations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies while managing SCCM/MECM operations.
- Provide technical support for complex incidents escalated by support analysts.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for SCCM-related technical and security issues.
- Troubleshoot endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, and client-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure seamless operations and maintain a strong endpoint security posture.
- Contribute to knowledge base creation, maintenance, and process documentation.
- Provide coaching, mentoring,



and training to new analysts and support team members.
- Support incident, problem, change, and service request management activities.
- Ensure efficient software distribution, OS deployment, configuration baselines, and compliance management.
- Drive operational improvements and recommend best practices for endpoint management.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by improving first-call resolution rates and minimizing ticket reopens.
- Proactively identify and mitigate endpoint security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Support enterprise endpoint lifecycle management initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 to 12 years

Advanced proficiency in SCCM / MECM administration and system management.

- Strong experience with software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.

- Experience resolving complex endpoint management and infrastructure issues.
- Knowledge of client lifecycle management and enterprise endpoint operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.

- Strong understanding of endpoint security and systems management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Strong documentation, reporting, and knowledge management skills.




- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
