About The Job:

- Responsible for leading enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) operations using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/SMS, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Owns endpoint management architecture, automation initiatives, compliance enforcement, and operational excellence across modern workplace environments.
- Provides technical leadership for enterprise device management strategies and supports large-scale client lifecycle management operations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead MDM Intune and SCCM/SMS operations by architecting and optimizing device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment processes.
- Ensure secure and efficient client lifecycle management across enterprise environments.
- Drive advanced automation initiatives using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Improve operational efficiency, reporting capabilities, and incident management through automation.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues involving Intune, SCCM/SMS, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents while maintaining high service availability.
- Oversee onboarding of new devices, client enrollment processes, and policy configuration within Microsoft Intune.
- Adapt endpoint management strategies to meet evolving business, security,



and compliance requirements.
- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to L1 and L2 support teams.
- Promote knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices in MDM, endpoint management, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage analytics, reporting, and operational feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements across all device management operations.
- Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 9 to 12 years

Excellent knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management.

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and architecture.
- Advanced expertise in SCCM/SMS for endpoint management and software deployment.

- Experience automating operational tasks using PowerShell and Azure Automation.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).
- Strong knowledge of device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, endpoint security, and modern workplace management.

- Experience managing operational processes and service delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset.
- Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.

- Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration,



and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and modernization within endpoint management operations.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
