- 1.Windchill Developer
- - 5+ years of Experience in Windchill / PDMLink /ProjectLink customization and configuration
- Good experience in Windchill configuration ? ACLs, OIR, Workflows, Lifecycles and Types and attributes.
- Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and HTML & Javascript
- Knowledge of Windchill Data Model
- Workflow customizations, Object Initialization rules, Data utilities (UI), Wizards (UI), Services & Listeners, Action validators
- Analysis of Customer Requirements, Solution Design & Development for new enhancement requests, Build preparation for the developed requirements
- Experience in MVC builders,Form Processors , Business Rules , DataUtilities, etc.
- Well versed with Windchill APIs
- Good to have Windchill Reporting experience on Cognos, Query Builder reports.
- Experience on Windchill REST Services and Integrations - ERP Connector, Web Services(REST/SOAP)
- Understands Windchill architecture, deployment topologies
- Windchill Build & Deployment knowledge
- Experience with architecting entire Windchill solutions.
- Experience of PLM solution specification, configuration, and implementation
- Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks
- Expertise with the application of structured methodologies for defining, implementing and maintaining end-to-end solutions using package solutions
- Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written skills

1. SAP PLM Functional Consultant – Discrete industries

- Around 4 to 10 Years of experience in SAP PLM- (Product Lifecycle Management ) with end to end implementation and support.
- Key areas of strength DMS,ECM,ECTR,ER
- Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a easy, logical and impactful manner.




- Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.
- Should be able to handle topics independently and value add to the solution to be developed
- Recognizes impacts of changes and ensures appropriate due diligence is performed before making changes and is thorough in testing solutions before implementing to avoid reworks

1. SAP PLM Functional Consultant – Process Industries – Onsite Switzerland

- Must have minimum 12+ years of experience with least 2-3 project Implementation, Support and Upgrade experience in SAP PLM Recipe Development
- Experience on configuration of Recipe Development, Specification, Property Tree, and other PLM SPRO Nodes
- Experience on Engineering change Management process and knowledge of Engineering Records and Workflows
- Knowledge on SAP Enterprise Product Development (EPD) and LabelNow solution
- SAP Integration experience
- Client/ Retail/ Process industry experience is a must .Good communication skills
