- Manage the execution of wind farm projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning (T&C;) to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in wind energy industry with expertise in PPS/PCC/Transmission lines.
- Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies such as wind turbines and power systems.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving complex logistics and stakeholder management.
