Job Title: Wellness Director

Department: Fitness Health and Wellness

Reports To: COO / Higher Management

Location Delhi

6 days working (Sat ,Sunday working)

The Wellness Director is responsible for the development and management of wellness programs aimed at enhancing the overall health and well-being of individuals and members within the community and the club.

Industry Wellness,Hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness program management or a related leadership role.
- Certifications: Certified Health Education, Certified Wellness Practitioner, or similar credentials preferred.
- Skills: Solid project management and team management, budgeting, data analysis, and public speaking abilities. Proven Track record in program development and management
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
