Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Technical leadership during deployments

Lead technical workstreams for each new rollout. Represent the technical stream during project meetings. Translate business needs into technical actions and challenge requirements when necessary.
- 2. Integrations (SAP and other ERPs)

Coordinate SAP vendor master integration (ECC and S/4). Understand IDocs, vendor master flows, and middleware logic. Support integration with other ERPs such as QAD, Movex M3, JDE, Navision and Oracle ERP.
- 3. API and workflow expertise

Analyse and test APIs (JSON, XML). Validate mappings, workflows, and technical triggers within Jaggaer. Coordinate with Jaggaer support to resolve issues.
- 4. Project coordination

Follow the deployment schedule, track risks, manage dependencies and ensure technical readiness. Contribute to cut-over planning and hypercare.
- 5. Support to Project Managers

Provide technical insight and problem-solving to support PM decision-making. Escalate technical issues timely to SAP, middleware or Jaggaer teams.
- 6. Documentation and templates





Prepare reusable technical documents such as ERP integration guides, test books, checklists and cut-over technical steps.
