About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations using Copado, ensuring quality through automated and manual validation process. The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 10 years focused on Salesforce and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado.

Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.

Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation.

Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this.





Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same

Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization.

Responsibilities:

Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog.

Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications.

Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates.

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team.

Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team.

Positive-to-Have Skills

Prior Selenium automation experience

Test data management for Salesforce

Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
