Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Functional (60%)

• Act as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GEP SMART across procurement - sourcing, contracts, Category management, and P2P processes. Knowhow of

• Lead process design, fit gap analysis, and solution alignment with business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional solution designs, ensuring standardization and scalability.

• Guide business stakeholders on best practice GEP process adoption and system usage.

• Support rollout, Hypercare, and end to end GEP implementation support, expansion phases as a functional escalation point.

• Collaborate closely with OCM and training teams to support user enablement and adoption.

Technical / Configuration / architecture design (40%)

• Configure and customize GEP modules in line with approved functional designs.





• Support end to end GEP implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, post go live).

• Work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and configuration dependencies.

• Assist in solution validation, SIT/UAT support, and defect resolution.

• Ensure configurations follow GEP implementation framework and governance standards.

• Build framework / Technical Architecture.

• 10 years of experience in procurement operations, S2C, P2P, Category management

• Must have Implementation experience in area of GEP solution

• 2+ full cycle implementations of GEP Solution (design to post go live)

• Must have GEP configuration and customization experience

• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
