Job Title : Senior Executive / Executive - Legal
Responsibility:
Draft, review, and standardize contracts and legal documents to ensure business protection and efficiency.
Manage all litigation matters (product liability, labor, commercial, counterfeiting, NIA), including coordination with external counsel.
Oversee the company’s IP portfolio—trademarks, designs, and patents—ensuring protection and enforcement.
Provide legal advice and research on statutory and operational issues impacting the business.
Maintain effective legal documentation systems and support regulatory compliance.
Generate and maintain MIS reports for legal tracking, risk exposure, and case status updates.
Skills/Qualifications:
LLB or LLM
Experience of 4-7 years, preferably in-house/FMCG
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
