- Inspection:

Check finished welds for defects, ensure compliance with blueprints and drawings, and verify work matches approved Welding Procedure Specifications

- Team Leadership &

- Assignment:

Assign daily tasks to welding crews, monitor productivity, and guide team members on proper techniques.

- Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety rules, run safety briefings, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and gear.

- Training &

- Mentorship:

Train new and current staff on best practices, code requirements, and skill improvements.

- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all welding machines and tools are properly maintained, inspected, and calibrated.

- Documentation &

- Coordination:

Maintain records of welding procedures, worker qualifications, and project progress while working alongside project managers and engineers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
