Mystic Studios is looking for an extroverted, confident, and target-driven Sales Associate to handle wedding enquiries and convert prospective couples into confirmed bookings.
We are looking for someone who enjoys conversations, understands people, is confident with negotiation, and knows how to sell value - not just a package.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget
- Present Mystic Studios' services and experience confidently
- Follow up consistently and move leads through the sales process
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain enquiry details and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth transition after booking

- Know when to listen, when to explain, and when to close
- Are comfortable working with sales targets
Preferred
- Experience in wedding photography, hospitality, luxury services.
- Tamil & English communication skills
- Experience handling high-value customer conversations
