We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Website Operations Executive to ensure our digital presence runs flawlessly across web and data layers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — publish content, configure workflows, and troubleshoot page-level issues
- Build, validate, and automate Excel-based reporting dashboards to track user engagement, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with UX, content, and marketing teams to ensure web content is accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign goals
- Maintain website uptime and page performance by monitoring backend integrations, asset loads, and form submissions
- Document operational processes, create QA checklists,



and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and technical debt
- Support migration and testing efforts for new AEM components, templates, and personalization rules with cross-functional teams

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Adobe Experience Manager
- Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Web Content Management
- Data Validation
- HTML/CSS Basics
- QA Testing

Preferred

- Experience with AEM Sites or Assets模块
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Basic understanding of CMS workflows and role-based permissions
