AbouttheRole

Finleaf Legal is looking for an independent, self-driven Website Developer to own the full lifecycle of our web presence — from front-end design implementation to back-end architecture, plug-in development, and deployment. This is a solo, end-to-end ownership role: you will be the single point of accountability for building, maintaining, and scaling our website(s) without needing a larger dev team to lean on.

KeyResponsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites (front-end) using modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
- Build and manage back-end systems, databases, and server-side logic to support website functionality
- Develop, customize, and maintain plug-ins/extensions (e.g., WordPress plug-ins or equivalent) tailored to business needs
- Handle end-to-end deployment: staging, production releases, server configuration, and version control
- Ensurewebsiteperformance, security,uptime, andSEO bestpractices
- Troubleshootandresolvebugs,downtime,andperformanceissuesindependently
- Managehosting,domains,SSLcertificates,andbackups
- Integrate third-party tools/APIs (payment gateways, CRM, analytics, chat widgets, etc.) as required




- Keepthewebsiteupdatedwithevolvingbusiness,compliance,andbrandingneeds
- Document code, workflows, and technical decisions for continuity Required Skills & Experience
- ProvenexperienceasaFullStackWebDeveloper(portfolio/livesitesrequired)
- Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a up-to-date framework (React/Vue/ Angular)
- Solid back-end skills: Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar; familiarity with databases (MySQL/ PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Experiencebuildingandcustomizingplug-ins/extensions(WordPress,orCMS-agnostic)
- Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines, hosting environments (e.g., AWS, cPanel, Vercel, Netlify), and version control (Git)
- Working knowledge of website security best practices and basic legal-industry compliance/ privacy considerations (a plus)
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervisionandmanageprioritiesend-to-end

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
