Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Wealth Manager B2C to manage and grow relationships with HNI, affluent, and retail clients. The role involves understanding clients’ financial objectives, providing suitable investment solutions, and driving business growth through effective relationship management and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire, develop, and manage B2C clients and build long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements.
- Advise clients on suitable financial products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, NCDs, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and other investment products.
- Generate business through client acquisition, referrals, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
- Regularly review client portfolios and provide investment insights based on market conditions.
- Ensure high levels of client servicing and relationship management.
- Achieve assigned AUM, revenue,



and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of transactions and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Investment, Broking, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of investment and wealth management products.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust customer-centric approach.
- NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
