? Position: State Head – Sales? Location: PAN India

? Industry Preference: FMCG / Telecom / Channel Distribution

? Department: Sales & Business Development

? Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned state.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage a strong distributor & dealer network.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Appoint and manage distributors, channel partners, and retailers.
- Drive primary & secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure effective implementation of company schemes and promotional activities.

? Candidate Profile:✔️ Experience:



5+ years in Sales / Business Development

✔️ Strong experience in FMCG, Telecom, or Channel Distribution

✔️ Proven experience in distributor & dealer network management

✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

✔️ Target-oriented with strong business acumen

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state
