Position: AI Generalist – Automation & Integration Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad (In-Office / Hybrid)

Type: Full time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.

- Integrate, configure, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

- Build automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and custom APIs.

- Develop internal no-code/low-code tools to support business operations.

- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve AI output quality.

- Evaluate, test, and implement AI tools across CRM, voice, content, and operational workflows.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance productivity using AI solutions.





- Conduct research to stay updated on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience with AI/ML tools, automation systems, or applied AI projects.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and prompt engineering.

- Basic scripting and API integration skills (Python preferred).

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, and OpenAI APIs.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to train internal teams on AI tools and workflows.

Bonus Skills

- Experience in building or deploying chatbots, voice assistants, or NLP/CV solutions.

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools or CRM workflow optimization.

- Exposure to startup or digital agency environments.
