Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the water treatment and purification system used for IV fluid manufacturing.

- Operate systems such as RO, DM/EDI, softener, filtration, and purified water generation systems as applicable.

- Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, conductivity, TDS, and flow rate.

- Ensure continuous availability of Purified Water (PW) and, where applicable, Water for Injection (WFI) as per production requirements.

- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and flushing of water treatment equipment and pipelines.

- Monitor storage tanks, pumps, filters, valves, and distribution loops for proper operation.

- Maintain daily logbooks, equipment records, and water-quality monitoring records.

- Collect water samples as per the approved sampling schedule and coordinate with the QC department for testing.

- Immediately report any equipment breakdown, abnormal readings, leakage, or water-quality deviation to the concerned supervisor/engineering team.

- Follow GMP, SOP, safety, hygiene,



and pharmaceutical quality requirements at all times.

- Support preventive maintenance activities and assist in troubleshooting water treatment equipment.

- Maintain proper housekeeping in the water plant area.

- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all water plant operations.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related technical field.

- 1–3 years of experience in water treatment plant operation, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

- Experience operating RO, DM/EDI, softener, filtration, and purified water systems is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of GMP, SOPs, water-quality parameters, and safety procedures.

- Ability to maintain logbooks and operational records.

- Candidates with experience in IV fluids manufacturing or pharmaceutical water systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
