The role, reporting hierarchically to the Plant Director and functionally to the Group WCM

Area Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:

- Planning and execution of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program in the plant in

liaison with Plant Director and Pillar Leaders to concretely improve performances and ensure full sustainability of results
- Support the Plant Director and the Pillar Leaders in the realization of plant targets in

terms of safety, quality, service level and efficiency
- Focused Improvement (FI) pillar leadership within the WCM plant organization
- Coordination of internal and external WCM audits and support to Pillar Leaders in

preparation
- Training to Pillar Leaders on steps and tools
- Support to Plant Director in selection of model areas and identification/prioritization

of improvement projects
- Execution governance of key & strategic improvement projects
- Coordination of WCM meetings system within the plant
- Upward reporting of WCM activities, results, progress and needs
- Knowledge and experience sharing to enrich Group best practices and standards




- Management and distribution of standards and best practices within the plant
- Promotion of WCM mindset as the only way of working in the plant (and beyond)

The ideal candidate has an Engineering degree and an experience of 5+ years in similar roles in manufacturing companies. The ideal skillset includes:
- Deep knowledge and real experience on WCM methodology (level 4 knowledge for FI

pillar, level 2 knowledge of all pillars, knowledge on how to select and use WCM tools)
- Robustness in analytics and problem solving, planning, time and deadlines

management, written and oral communication and strong entrepreneurial mind-set
- Distinctiveness in people management, team working and coaching/motivation
- Basics of Safety and Setting concepts applied to production processes
- Basics of cost and performance accounting
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Manufacturing, Times and Methods and plant

layout rationalization is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and oral
