Position: Warehouse Manager

BE with 12-18 years of Experience, Prefer from MNC

Job Profile

- Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations covering inbound receipt, storage, inventory control, material kitting and issuance, finished goods management, domestic and export dispatch, warehouse operations and scrap disposal.
- Create a secure, compliant, responsive and cost-effective warehouse that maintains physical-to-system stock alignment, assures material availability to production, and supports customer delivery, LOTIF and schedule-adherence objectives.
- Drive warehouse transformation through standard work, PDCA, lean practices, digitalization, WMS/SAP discipline, low-cost automation, improved ergonomics and effective people capability management.
- Own warehouse capacity, space, layout, and lean material-flow planning, including method logistic and logistic operations.
- Hands on experience in SAP/ERP and WMS; inventory reconciliation, cycle counting and annual inventory
