Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives

- Lead end-to-end PAN India operations covering warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution

- Own and manage the operational P&L;, including budgeting, cost optimization, and productivity improvements

- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely order fulfillment

- Drive process improvements through SOPs, automation, and operational excellence initiatives

- Manage logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency

- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and operations teams across multiple locations

- Monitor key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turnaround time, fulfillment rates, and logistics costs

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics Leadership Profile with PAN-India, P&L; ownership

- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 8+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with proven experience managing multi-location or PAN-India operations end-to-end — warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution.

- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have owned and managed the operational P&L; — budgeting, cost optimization, and productivity improvements

- Mandatory (Experience 3):



Must have experience developing and implementing warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience driving process improvements through SOPs, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience managing logistics partners, vendors, and service providers for service quality and cost efficiency.

- Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely order fulfillment.

- Mandatory (Tech skill): Must have experience with inventory management systems and ERP/WMS.

- Mandatory (Team Management): Must have strong leadership experience — leading, mentoring, and developing warehouse/operations teams across multiple locations

- Mandatory (Skill): Must have robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management abilities, and monitor key KPIs (inventory accuracy, TAT, fulfillment rates, logistics costs).

- Mandatory (Note): Office-based role in Pune, 6 days/week, 10 AM–7 PM; must be open to relocating to Pune.

- Preferred (Industry): Experience in retail, e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or consumer products with high-volume warehouse operations.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
