- Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Warehouse Manager / Unicommerce Operator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, stock management, order processing, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, positive knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management, and basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

- Handle stock receiving, inward, outward, inventory, and stock reconciliation.

- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.

- Operate Unicommerce for order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

- Manage and monitor orders from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

- Ensure timely order processing, packing, and dispatch.

- Identify and resolve stock mismatches, shortages, and excess inventory.





- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly warehouse and inventory reports.

- Manage warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

- Monitor team productivity, discipline, and work quality.

- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of the warehouse.

- Coordinate with other teams whenever required to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Maintain proper time management, process discipline, and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

- Strong organizational and management skills.

- Good at handling numbers, data, and calculations.

- Capable of managing a team and taking ownership of warehouse operations.

- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Prior experience in an e-commerce/D2C warehouse will be an added advantage.
