Bryan & Candy is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfillment, packing, dispatch, documentation, and warehouse team productivity across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, General Trade, Modern Trade, and International Exports.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage complete inward and outward warehouse operations – receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

•⁠ ⁠Handle order processing and dispatches across:

E-commerce & Quick Commerce

General Trade (GT)

Modern Trade (MT)

International Export Orders

•⁠ ⁠Follow and implement the packing, labelling, documentation, and dispatch SOPs of multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Manage bulk and distributor dispatches for General Trade and Modern Trade as per requirements and timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate the packing and dispatch of export shipments to international countries, ensuring accurate documentation and shipment readiness.

•⁠ ⁠Handle E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, invoices, stock transfer documents, and other dispatch-related documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor FIFO/FEFO, batch numbers, manufacturing/expiry dates, and shelf life.

•⁠ ⁠Manage returns, RTOs, damaged, near-expiry, expired, and non-moving inventory.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with e-commerce, sales, accounts, logistics, transporters, courier partners, and other internal teams.





•⁠ ⁠Supervise the warehouse team and ensure productivity, order accuracy, timely dispatches, and SOP compliance.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare regular inventory, dispatch, pending order, return, damage, and productivity reports.

•⁠ ⁠Identify operational gaps and improve inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, space utilisation, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or fulfillment operations.

•⁠ ⁠Experience handling dispatches across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, General Trade, Modern Trade, and Export channels.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of packing, labelling, and dispatch SOPs for different sales channels.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on knowledge of E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, invoices, and dispatch documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Unicommerce and EaseCommerce will be an added advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Robust inventory management, reconciliation, team management, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail with an ownership-driven approach.

•⁠ ⁠Must be willing to travel to and work on-site at Palghar, Maharashtra.
