Role Description The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Vijayawada District. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Manager will supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, plan workloads, monitor performance, and ensure safe and efficient use of equipment and space. The role includes implementing and improving operational processes,



enforcing health and safety standards, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet service and compliance requirements.

Manager will also prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to ensure accurate tracking of goods.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse performance and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and knowledge of safe material handling practices.
- Candidates should have experience leading warehouse teams, with strong people management and communication skills.
- Candidates should have working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic data analysis or reporting skills.
- Candidates should have a proven ability to enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards within a warehouse environment.
- Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
