About GobinkiesGobinkies is a pet-care brand focused on making everyday pet parenting simpler, more accessible and more convenient. As we scale across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, we are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.

Role OverviewThe Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order processing, efficient dispatches and smooth marketplace fulfillment across Amazon, Flipkart, D2C and other marketplace/quick-commerce channels.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace & Quick-Commerce Fulfillment

- Create and manage FBA, FBF and other marketplace shipments for Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms as required.
- Coordinate stock movement and replenishment for marketplace and quick-commerce requirements.
- Ensure marketplace orders are processed and dispatched within defined timelines.
- Manage shipping documentation, labels, invoices and other fulfillment-related requirements.

2. Daily Order Processing

- Monitor and manage daily orders across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce channels.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, invoicing and dispatch of orders.
- Track pending, delayed and failed orders and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

3. Inventory Management





- Maintain accurate inventory across the warehouse and all sales channels.
- Monitor stock availability, inward/outward movement, damaged stock and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system inventory.
- Identify low-stock and fast-moving SKUs and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, categorization and FIFO-based inventory management wherever applicable.

4. Returns & Reconciliation

- Monitor daily returns, cancellations, RTOs and damaged shipments.
- Ensure returned products are properly received, inspected and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory adjustments.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve inventory and order discrepancies.

5. Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and share daily reports on orders received, dispatched, pending, cancelled and returned.
- Maintain inventory and stock movement reports across channels.
- Track key warehouse metrics such as order processing time, dispatch accuracy, inventory variance and returns.
- Provide regular updates on operational issues and exceptions.

6. Warehouse Operations & Team Management

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Allocate tasks and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.




- Maintain proper warehouse organization, hygiene and safety standards.
- Optimize storage space and warehouse processes to improve efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA, Flipkart or other marketplace fulfillment processes.
- Experience with D2C, marketplace or quick-commerce operations will be an advantage.
- Robust understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation and order processing.
- Experience handling returns, cancellations, RTOs and inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, channels and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail or pet products will be an added advantage.
