This role owns day-to-day inventory accuracy and fulfillment quality at Earthful's 3PL warehouse in Medchal. You'll run inventory audits, enforce FEFO and hygiene standards, and make sure every order B2C and B2B leaves accurately, on time, and correctly labelled. You'll work daily with the 3PL's on-ground team and report directly to Earthful's Supply Chain Lead, with a daily report as your core communication tool. Role & responsibilities

Inventory Audit & Cleanliness

- Conduct regular inventory audits at the 3PL warehouse, reconciling system stock against physical stock
- Monitor inventory cleanliness and storage hygiene proper stacking, no damage, orderly bins
- Track and flag damaged or expiring inventory before it becomes a fulfillment risk
- Ensure FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) is followed consistently across all SKUs

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Accuracy

- Monitor daily order fulfillment to prevent discrepancies wrong products, wrong quantities, mismatched orders
- Ensure B2B orders are packed and labelled correctly and are dispatch-ready within the required timeline
- Coordinate directly with the 3PL's on-ground team to resolve fulfillment issues before they escalate

Inbound & Putaway Compliance

- Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) is completed within the defined timeline for every inbound shipment
- Ensure putaway is completed within timeline,



with bin allocation following system-suggested locations not ad hoc placement
- Flag any deviation between system-suggested and actual bin allocation

Daily Reporting

- Send a daily report covering fulfillment status, hygiene/cleanliness checks, and inventory audit findings
- Flag recurring issues (repeat SKU damage, repeat bin errors) rather than just logging them

Recurring

- Maintain strong day-to-day coordination with the 3PL's on-ground team and Earthful's Supply Chain Lead
- Use Excel as the primary tool for tracking, audits, and reporting comfortable building and maintaining trackers independently, not just data entry

Preferred candidate profile Prior experience working directly with or inside a 3PL warehouse operation not just brand-side desk coordination

- Strong Excel skills comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and building/maintaining trackers independently
- Working knowledge of warehouse practices FEFO, GRN, putaway, bin allocation, and how a WMS (warehouse management system) suggests locations
- Detail-oriented enough to catch discrepancies before they become customer- or client-facing problems
- Comfortable being on-ground at the Medchal warehouse daily this is not a remote or desk-only role
- Explicit, consistent written communication this role runs on a daily report that others rely on
