Job Summary

Parnami Logistics is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong hands-on experience in 3PL warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG/Beverage sector.

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing complete warehouse operations, inventory, client operations, MT & E-commerce dispatch, manpower, MIS and coordination with transporters and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations.
- Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and loading/unloading.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, batch/expiry control and FIFO/FEFO.
- Handle FMCG/Beverage, Contemporary Trade (MT) and E-commerce operations.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters and delivery teams.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order dispatch.
- Prepare daily MIS, stock and operational reports.
- Manage warehouse manpower, productivity and operational discipline.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations as per client requirements and SOPs.

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in 3PL Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in FMCG / Beverage warehousing preferred.
- Hands-on experience in client handling and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Modern Trade & E-commerce operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP / WMS.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS reporting.
- Good understanding of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to independently manage warehouse operations and manpower.
- Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Joiners preferred.
