In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes, ensuring timely processing and dispatching of orders, managing vendors, and resolving delivery issues. Key Responsibilities

- Process Management: Understand and optimize the order processing workflow, from order creation to packaging and dispatch. Ensure timely processing and dispatch of daily orders for both B2C and B2B customers. Conduct random checks to ensure accuracy and correctness of order fulfillment. Keep our internal software updated with relevant information for smooth pre-processing and post-delivery updates.
- Vendor Management: Oversee and ensure adherence to processes by transport providers, delivery executives, and ecommerce pickups. Monitor their performance, identify areas of cost-cutting, and negotiate prices when necessary.

Mandatory Qualifications

- At least 2 years of operational experience in managing warehouse operations.




- Decent technical know-how to use and manage Excel files and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Positive attitude, robust resilience, and the ability to find solutions independently.
