- Graduate in any discipline

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Salary
- Freshers (Graduate): 15,500 per month
- Experienced Graduates: 17,500 per month

Work Schedule
- 6 working days per week
- 1 rotational weekly off
- 24x7 rotational shifts, including odd hours
- One-side transport facility available for odd-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to domestic banking services
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally




- Process banking-related requests and transactions accurately
- Ensure adherence to banking policies and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
