We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to handle customer communication and support business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with dental clinics, doctors, and potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients and introduce company products and services.

- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and processes.

- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, and existing clients to maintain engagement and generate business opportunities.

- Build and maintain good qualified relationships with doctors, clinics, and customers.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for appropriate support.

- Schedule appointments, meetings, product demonstrations,



and follow-up discussions when required.

- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and customer interactions.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate important concerns to the management.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

- Follow up on pending enquiries, orders, and other customer requirements.

- Assist in achieving team targets through effective communication and consistent follow-up.

- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

- Prepare regular call and activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
