Role Name: Gen AI Developer/Lead

Responsibilities:

1. • Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs, NLP, and Agentic AI frameworks.
2. Design prompts, workflows, and orchestration strategies to optimize AI model performance.
3. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
4. Collaborate with data scientists and business teams to build and enhance AI-driven use cases.
5. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and production readiness.

Must Have ;Skills:

- Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Gemini, Claude
- Agentic AI development including tool/function calling, MCP, memory, workflows, and orchestration
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or .NET
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Prompt Engineering
- AI frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Vector Databases and RAG architectures (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB,



Azure AI Search)
- REST APIs, Microservices, and AI solution integration
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Model deployment, MLOps, monitoring, and optimization
- Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for production-ready AI applications

Walk-in Drive Locations - Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.
- Experience Range: 4 to 15 years
- Qualifications: Any Technical Degree(BE/B,Tech/M.tech/MCA/BCA/BSC/Diploma/Masters)

Eligibility:

- 15 years of full-time education.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative and dynamic workplace
- Relevan t experience as per the job requirements (if applicable)
