Job Summary

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from international clients
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information and support
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction standards

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in Voice or Non-Voice Support is an added advantage
- Graduates, Undergraduates, and Postgraduates can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work from office
- Comfortable with rotational shifts during training
- Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Details
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- 9-Hour Shift
- Operating Window: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Important:



Training will be conducted in a 24x7 environment. Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts during training. Post-training, the process operates in the day shift.
