Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SCM – Planning & Scheduling professional with 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, material planning, or scheduling.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating material availability, production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment while working closely with procurement, production, logistics, sales, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain production and material planning schedules based on demand and business requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.




- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure materials are available as per the production plan.
- Track production schedules and identify potential delays, shortages, or capacity constraints.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth supply-chain operations.
- Monitor open orders, pending materials, delivery schedules, and lead times.
- Analyze demand, inventory, and supply data to identify gaps and take corrective actions.
- Maintain and update planning data in ERP/SAP systems.
- Generate regular MIS reports related to inventory, production, material availability, and order status.
- Support inventory optimization and reduction of excess/obsolete stock.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of plans.
