Jr & Sr Site Engineer

Site Execution & Supervision:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate interior fit-out works including civil, MEP, carpentry, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site productivity.

Drawing & Technical Coordination:

- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical details before execution.
- Ensure proper implementation of design intent at site.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for technical clarifications.

Quality Control & Inspection:

- Ensure workmanship meets project quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams for approvals.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.

Site Planning & Progress Monitoring:

- Monitor daily progress and update project teams on site status.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Support project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.

Material & Resource Management

- Verify materials delivered to site against approved specifications.




- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement and store teams for timely availability.

Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure site activities comply with HSE requirements and safe work practices.
- Coordinate with safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report unsafe conditions and support corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and site records.
- Maintain site documentation, drawings, and approvals.
- Support quantity verification and project handover documentation.
