We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our technology team and help build and scale our AI-powered SMS and communication platform.

Role Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, scaling, and maintaining high-performance messaging systems capable of handling high-volume SMS traffic and real-time communication workflows.

The role requires strong expertise in backend/full-stack development, telecom integrations, AI/LLM technologies, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance SMS/CPaaS platforms.
- Develop backend services using Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Integrate SMPP, SMS gateways, telecom carriers, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
- Implement SMS routing, delivery optimization, retry mechanisms, DLR processing, and automated failover.
- Integrate AI/LLM solutions for intelligent message routing, spam/fraud detection, sentiment analysis, message classification, and conversational automation.
- Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs and implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and function calling.
- Build asynchronous and event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams,



or AWS SQS.
- Design and develop secure REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ClickHouse.
- Develop web dashboards and admin portals using React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Implement caching, indexing, rate limiting, dead-letter queues, and fault-tolerant architecture.
- Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow applicable telecom, messaging, data protection, and security requirements.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Backend Development, or Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with SMPP, SMS Gateway, Telecom APIs, REST APIs, or Webhooks.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-concurrency applications.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, or AWS SQS.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and preferably MongoDB/Redis/ClickHouse.
- Experience integrating AI/ML/LLM APIs into production applications.
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD.




- Strong problem-solving, debugging, system-design, and communication skills.

Positive to Have
- Experience in CPaaS, Telecom, Bulk SMS, Messaging, or SaaS companies.
- Experience with Twilio, Plivo, Infobip, or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of DLT, DLR, Sender IDs, Short Codes, international SMS routing, and telecom compliance.
- Experience with AI-based spam/fraud detection or NLP classification.
- Experience with LLaMA, Mistral, or other open-source AI models.
- Experience building highly available platforms with 99.99% uptime targets.
