- Process cash and credit card payments, refunds, and special customer allocations accurately and on time
- Perform daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations including credit card, special customer, and collection reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve complex customer payment queries through detailed analysis
- Prepare journal entries for month-end reporting, including credit card reconciliations and AR trade receipts
- Deliver timely and accurate cash application and AR reports to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and support audits
- Meet defined KPIs and SLAs with a robust focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Support documentation of processes and train new hires on cash applications and reporting
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in accounting/ masters degree in commerce or MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or shared services accounting
- Strong understanding of cash application processes, reconciliations, and accounting transactions
- Hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills include formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and AR processes
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with high accuracy
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Flexible to work in shifts and support stakeholders across different time zones
Walk-in Drive Criteria
- Candidates must be graduates.
- Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience in Cash Application, Credit Card Reconciliation, or General Ledger Reconciliation.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should have a notice period of no more than 60 days.
- The expected CTC should be within the range of 6.5 LPA to 7.5 LPA, which is the maximum budgeted range for this level. The final offer will be based on the candidate's current compensation and experience.

- Candidates should be currently based in the Delhi NCR region.
