Job role:
- Individual Role
- Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
- Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
- Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
- Manager Sales & distributions through DSAs
- Empanel new DSAs from market & Ensure unilateral growth by adding recent DSAs
- Experience in mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred
- Liasoning with Internal teams Credit, legal, technical, RCU & Operations
- Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer & channel partners.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification - Graduate / MBA
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Aggressive approach with good communication skills • Sales and Influencing Skills
