Required Skills
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills
- Positive understanding of mechanical engineering materials and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs
- Knowledge of fabrication, machining and sheet-metal processes
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good analytical and commercial understanding
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP / purchase software
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements and meet project deadlines
