Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs. In-depth knowledge of Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulation with a strong background in analog, digital or power electronics. Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture,
and PCB layout tools. Strong hold on lab equipment’s, such BMS simulator, HV power supply, DSO, DMM, and electronic load as Strong understanding of battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms, and safety considerations. Experience with battery cell balancing techniques and algorithms. Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards, and regulations related to battery technology and electric vehicles. Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development for BMS applications is a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret battery performance data using relevant software tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
