We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can take ownership of our B2 B lead generation activities and help build a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys prospecting, researching businesses, communicating with potential clients, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
Research and identify potential B2 B clients and decision-makers across relevant industries. Build, maintain, and continuously improve a qualified sales lead database and pipeline. Execute cold email campaigns, prospecting campaigns, and other outbound lead-generation activities.



Develop targeted prospect lists using relevant online research, business directories, Linked In, and other appropriate sources. Write and optimize outreach messages, email sequences, and campaign content to improve response and conversion rates. Track leads, follow-ups, responses, meetings, and pipeline movement using CRM or internal tracking systems. Coordinate with the sales and business development team to qualify leads and move prospects through the sales funnel. Analyze campaign performance and continuously test new approaches to improve lead quality and conversion. What We're Looking For
Prior experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or outbound marketing within an IT/software/technology services company is required. Hands-on experience with B2 B lead generation and cold email outreach. Understanding of sales funnels, prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Strong internet research and data-handling skill
