Role- Existing Installations Manager - Technical (Service & Maintenance) Reporting to- Branch Manager Location- Mumbai (Powai) Role & Responsibilities: - Supervise and direct a team of technical experts to ensure elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded according to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues on-site, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with safety and quality standards. - Oversee and conduct detailed inspections and testing of installations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and identifying areas for continuous improvement, reducing the likelihood of future issues. - Foster a collaborative and effective working environment by regularly engaging with team members,
ensuring effective communication and the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices. - Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting all contractual and regulatory obligations. - Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring the company's standards and values are upheld. Qualifications, experience & skills Qualification: Diploma / B.E with at-least 15 years of experience. Professional Experience : - Exposure to the Service Business - Managed “ Service” operations for a systems-driven company for at least 4-5 years.
