Role & responsibilities

- Execute equity and derivatives trades accurately on behalf of clients, in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor live market movements and provide real-time updates to clients to support informed trading decisions. •
- Understand clients investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals to provide market insights and investment recommendations to clients based on company Research reports.
- Address client queries related to portfolio performance, account statements, and trading-related concerns.
- Operate trading terminals with proficiency.
- Provide real-time order updates and confirmations to clients over recorded communication lines.
- Maintain accurate trade execution records and client interaction logs using internal CRM tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to Risk Management, Settlement, and Compliance protocols.
- Comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules,



and internal company policies.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients for opening dmat accounts and cross-selling of allied products such as mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments to existing clients.
- Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends and current affairs
- To achieve healthy revenues targets without compromising on clients profitability

Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
- Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
- Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
- NISM VIII Certification Mandatory.
